Caribbean Film Crew Database
Making Caribbean audiovisual talent visible
CFCDB is an open-source initiative led by ANISOTROPIE to connect professionals, productions and institutions across film, sound, animation and post-production.
Why CFCDB?
Caribbean audiovisual talent exists — directors, technicians, creatives — yet often remains invisible outside immediate networks. Local and regional productions struggle to find available skills on the ground and sometimes hire from abroad, not for lack of expertise but for lack of a reference tool.
CFCDB fills that gap with a public, trilingual, skills-first directory, a dedicated job board and gamification that encourages profile updates.
Our vision
Become the open reference tool for Caribbean audiovisual production: quickly find a professional by skill, territory and availability, while connecting jobs and local talent.
